Not worth the money

1.) the app and features do not look anything like what’s portrayed
2.) all the workouts are only 10 mins and half of it isn’t even workout, it’s stretching
3.) i accidentally clicked on adding meal plans to my subscription and it didn’t pop up with any confirmation, just took my payment of $50 extra for it. i immediately canceled the subscription but it was too late and i was not refunded for it
4.) it set up my preferred workouts to wall pilates and won’t let me change, therefore every workout they give me is only wall pilates, no strength, normal pilates, cardio, nothing. just wall pilates. the online platform is also nothing like the app. honestly such a waste of $75 dollars.

Signed up for a chair yoga programme. Purchased and installed app. No chair yoga. Just standard Pilates and yoga plans. No response to emails for support.

Do not get this app.

Honestly, I never write reviews, but this is ridiculous. I was suggested the quiz for this app on google so I decided to take it and then when I was urged to buy a package to use the app I thought maybe it could be helpful so I purchased the package for $15 because it was “on sale.” The very next page urged me to get the “extra package” for $50 which I did not want to pay, so I tried to search for a button that allows you to skip to the next page and there was nothing that allowed me to do that! I thought maybe if I clicked the button for the package I could just cancel the transaction when it asks me to pay (I used apple pay) but no, it immediately charged my card. I emailed the support email to get a refund, which I was happy to hear back from, but fair warning, you are not going to talk to a real person, they utilize ai (which they are transparent about in the email) which is fine but slightly annoying not talking to a real person. Thank you if you read this and I recommend trying a different app that doesn’t force you to buy extra expensive packages if you don’t have money to spend willy nilly. The nike pro app is a great app with great workouts of all types that I used to use for a long time! And it can be used for free.

Beware of unwanted changes

Big scammers!!!
I tried the Harna app during the trial period, but they charged my account without my consent afterward. The subscription fee was exorbitant for me, so I immediately unsubscribed and reached out to their customer service via email for assistance. Unfortunately, I received no response.

Three months later, they charged me again, despite my unsubscribing. The app offers no clear way to view subscription or purchase history, making it difficult to manage my account. This experience feels like a scam, and I strongly advise potential users to be cautious before trying this app.

It’s not what it’s advertising

“I downloaded this app thinking it was different from other fitness apps, especially since it presented itself as a unique walking app. However, after subscribing and using it, I realized it’s very similar to many other fitness apps, some of which are available for free. Honestly, it doesn’t offer anything special. Save your money!”

Waste of money, money grabber of a company

Upon viewing this app come across my ads in the safari, I thought why not give it a try? It can cater to me and tell me what exercises to do to lose the pounds I want. When you go to purchase, they get you with the $.50/ day and who wouldn’t want that! Then when you go to pay it’ll say $15. Makes sense, probably a monthly payment and that’s what you pay to start. No problem! The problem is the additional $40 charge randomly even when your account subscription is still pending an hour later!? So I go to request a refund and they say nope, you have to be a member for two weeks and actually use the app before we can even consider a refund, and you have to like it too. What kind of app is that?!! Very disappointed. Even after contacting support they just say sorry you didn’t read the terms good enough to know we’re not gonna help you get back 40 some dollars you wasted for nothing, even thought you just purchased the app 3 hours ago and don’t intend using it. Absolutely stupid. Do better

nice workouts- bad customer service

Although I very much like the somatic work it plan I ordered- the customer service I received when I made a mistake in my purchase was very unsatisfying and I will be cancelling my subscription when the initial time finishes.
As well, it’s not possible to skip ahead t in a workout if you would like to change your ‘ rest day’ . Overall I’m disappointed with the inflexibility of the app and the service.

Shocking service

Appalling service, they offer 3 months free and debit your account within a month, not user friendly at all, I found the whole set up a duplication of questions taking you back to the start.

Great customer support

I had a positive experience with the Harna app, particularly with their customer support. I reached out regarding a refund, and Lea, the agent who assisted me, was very attentive and efficient in processing my request.

While the app does have its flaws, such as some usability issues and mixed reviews from other users, I found their customer support to be responsive and helpful. It's reassuring to know that when problems arise, there are dedicated individuals like Lea ready to assist.

Overall, my experience with Harna's customer service made a significant difference in my satisfaction with the app.

DO NOT RECOMMEND this app. I cancelled immediately on purchase (as soon as I realised that you can only workout with the videos, which doesn’t work for me as I am soon to be deployed with no WiFi access). I explained this to the company but they refused me a refund. I could just about understand this and then noticed another £31 had been taken from my account - This was for some add ons that I unknowingly agreed to. They refused to refund this also, so I’ve spent £62 on an app I can’t use.
additionally, the app and the workouts are incredibly poor - there are no on demand workouts either so limited flexibility.
