Issue
I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this issue but I can’t get past the main menu screen. I push the sign in button and nothing happens; not even a loading screen or icon. I have internet access, I tried pushing the repair button to clear the cache multiple times, I changed the network a couple of times, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing changed. I opened a query in their help menu a few days ago, but so far I have not gotten a response in the game. It’s just my messages to them if they’re even reading them. I don’t know what to do and am genuinely considering permanently deleting the game. It’s a shame because I was somewhere between level 90 and 100. I really enjoyed this game but what’s the point of keeping it if it’s literally unplayable?
Edit: Issue still hasn’t been fixed after weeks. Trying to contact the devs through the help button has only resulted in a one-sided conversation of me trying to get them to say anything in response to my posts. Lowered to one star. I would do zero stars if I could. It is beyond ridiculous at this point.HjakiTheMonsterRider

Hello, the reason why I gave this game 3 stars instead of 5, is because I have really liked this game BUT I tried playing it once and it said “account expired” this has happened more than one time, and there’s no reason you should be deleting accounts, because I’ve worked so hard to get divine equipment I had 0.01% chance to get mythic equipment and I was so excited but I logged in and it said “ACCOUNT EXPIRED” again. So stop doing this😒Ilovecats🐈🐈⬛

The thing is most of the people I met are nice and I like how you can have any name you want for preference mines goober someone else is yo mothas onion. There isn’t that much lag and there are only ads when you get a free reward. 10/10 it’s worth itgoofygoobtheoriginal

All my progress gone
I closed the game, went to my messenger app for about 30 seconds, then reopened the game and ALL of my progress was gone. I was level 37 with a level 6 chest and it reset aaaall of my progress the way back to level 1 with no gear or upgradeshtb1994
