  • Worst app for the worst energy company.. fitting

    App crashes constantly. Doesn’t show correct information. Had my electric turned off because the app showed I was current. But when in reality there was a disconnect date and past due balance that wasn’t showing on the app. Customer service wouldn’t take responsibility for its companies short comings and made it out to be my fault cause I should have checked brother the app and the website. Customer service wouldn’t take responsibility rather scam you than help you or inform you of correct information. Might I add I’ve been with this company for over 10 years and will be switching energy companies immediately.

    If I could give No star that’s what I would do. This company is scamming us all and they’re app is horrible as well. They bait you in with telling you that you are getting a good offer but talk to you with a bunch of nonsense with numbers and letters. As if you actually know a lot about BTUs. The discount rate that you think you’re getting is actually going towards paying Oncor. They don’t tell you that upfront you just find out once you receive your bill. Ohhhhhhh yeah another thing don’t try to get on any kind of payment arrangement because you’ll just be signing your life over to them as well. Because I live in Texas and the heat index is so high I feel like they truly taking advantage of that fact and know that we have to survive and pay these extremely high bills. Lord I know that You say that vengeances Is Yours and that You will take care of those who wrong us. I still have to find a better company to go through then this.

  • Horrible App

    Every time you log in, the screen is black. Will not let you access anything. I have to keep using the browser which is confusing on its own. This app is horrible .
  • Doesn’t work

    App never works screen just goes white and that’s it saw everyone else writing horrible reviews saying same thing just glad it wasn’t me and when you call customer support they act like your the idiot.

    Everytime you open the app the screen goes completely black. It’s been doing it for months now. i have to go online through safari to pay. I wish they could fix this!

    Every time I try and pay using this app o have to delete it re add it on jus to pay my bill .. I can’t wait for my cycle to be up so I can go back to tx energy I never had this issue wit them ever !!!
  • ZERO FUNCTIONALITY!!!!!

    Black screen. Every. Single. Time. For 4 months. Extremely frustrating. It’s led to so much interruption in my bill paying process that MY LIGHTS GOT CUT OFF simply because I got so frustrated trying to troubleshoot YOUR TERRIBLE UI by updating my phone, deleting the app, then redownloading it- with no success- that I forgot the main task was just to log in and pay my bill! And I work from home.

    This is totally unacceptable, especially from an energy company. Where’s the engineers??

  • Terrible App

    It blacks out every time I try to use it. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it worked once and went right back to blacking out or just closing the app completely. If y’all want our money at least make sure the way to pay the bill works. Come on now🤦‍♂️.
  • Fix your app please

    It’s a black screen when I open it and crashes a lot . Just trying to pay my bill and the app is making hard to do that.
  • Simply doesn't even work

    As soon as you open the app, you just get a blank screen. There's no opportunity or ability to do anything but stare at the blank screen.
