This app is exactly what I hoped it would be. You add stretches, and can set the length of the stretch, repetitions, whether you repeat the stretch for left and right, rest period between sets, lots of options. Then it will run the timers for you. You can save the stretch if you want, and come back to it any time. The information about each saved stretch is displayed in a very useful compact way. It does not ask you to sign up for anything, there is no subscription, you don't need to watch an ad before you can do anything. Well worth it
