It’s a great app, easy to use, but the main issues I have are having to write down my policy number every single time I log in. Also, the processing fee is too expensive.Policyholder04

2nd time
This the second time that you or Bridget has hit me with a late payment I have over $4000 in my checking account, then I can’t get or speak to a real person , but when I did to change my address information you charged me $33 that absurd , I am paying this as of now but by next month I’ll no longer be using your service , AI is ok in some aspects but real people count , so I guess next week I’ll be talking to Bridget, it probably won’t matter anyway. Bridger app needs to be fixed or updated. Needs new features on it and main thing is that the app will not allow me to make a payment.Angelichero
