  • Glitches ruin it

Great game, but the glitches really ruin it. You will almost be through a level and it will
Glitch. Also, it would be good if there was an untimed game within, that you could just play to chill. Instead you find yourself frustrated when you’ve got one life and it glitches. Best don’t even start playing, not worth the frustration.

  • Designed to make money for the developers

A good game in theory, simply untangle a mess, seems simple enough. However, add anchored tangles that can’t be moved, double threads with three anchors and a very limited time to play and this game, although challenging, is a slow, unsatisfying burn. If you like too see progress then this game is not for you. Glitches prevent you from moving the threads so disadvantage to the player. Coins earned throughout are sparse but a whooping 900 are needed for extra time on every third game played. Such a shame, greed is a kill joy.

  • Deleted after 24 hours

At first I enjoyed the game but after 24 hours I became frustrated and deleted it again. While it is basic enough that no instructions should be necessary, I kept finding that I couldn’t move the end of the strings where I wanted to, they just kept pinging back. I had a game where I could remove one string with just a couple of moves but when I tried moving either end, it just pinged back to where it was, even just the adjoining space so there was no way forward. It would be helpful to have guidance on the niceties of the game, such as why you can’t always move the end to a different space, and at times the strings seem to quiver, what does this mean? When games are against the clock rather than a set number of moves, you don’t have time to try and figure it out mid game.

  • Good Game Play but Frustrating

The idea of the game play is very good for brain training and has an inviting premise in th advertising. Some of the times are extremely challenging and put pressure on you whilst playing.

The frustrating part is the lack of ability for the game to acknowledge the hole you wish to use and snapping back to the last hole whilst twisting the rope even more. I have continually hovered over the hole to nature it’s highlighted and the rope isn’t stretched and it still wont connect to the correct hole.

Subsequently the game has been deleted unfortunately. Frustrating when the game wont do what it shows in the ads.

  • Has potential but…

This game is enjoyable and has lots of potential but has way to many ads. I paid money to remove the ads but I still had to watch them so that was extremely disappointing. I won’t invest any more in this game. Also as the levels get harder there is no way to solve them without spending lots of tools to help. A real shame as the game is very challenging and fun.

  • Not bad - I recommend until about level 50ish…

I liked this game at the beginning when you could play 3-4 levels before an ad popped up.. The later levels have an ad after every go! And most times, the ad is longer than your level… I don’t mind ads and I know this is how I can get the game for free, but when it gets to this amount of ads, my enjoyment of the game goes down…

  • Great game, ruined by…

I enjoy playing the game itself, it requires strategy and problem-solving skills that make it challenging and engaging. The graphics and colours are pleasing to the eye and the tangle physics are really pleasing.

The game is, however, completely ruined by intrusive and excessive ads. The ads come after every level and are the kind that repeatedly pop-up the App Store download screen whenever you tap the screen or try to skip them before the allotted time. The ads also take over your phone’s sound, playing loudly, even when you have all of the game’s sounds muted and your phone is on silent. These ads make the game borderline unplayable, since it’s necessary to pay almost £8 to get rid of them. Strangely, I’d have paid for this game, but paying to rid the game of ads just seems exploitative and wrong. I understand the need for the developer to make money from the game, however I’m sure the ads could be done in a way that isn’t as irritating as is currently used.

  • Fun but needs work

I actually love the concept of the game. Thoroughly enjoy the challenge of untangling the ropes. That part gets a no-brainer five stars. With that being said I am frustrated and disappointed that it is quite limited. Why are there no life rewards? And I do take advantage of the free offers which is to watch minutes of ads’ videos to get fifteen minutes of play only to have the “free” fifteen minutes to be eaten up by more videos. Free play should be just that—free time to enjoy the game—especially when one watches ads to get it anyhow. And the gosh-awful amount of time it takes to get another life!! I mean really? 30 minutes for each new life? I can deal with the ads okay. But waiting hours just to have five lives back— pfft!! I enjoy the game but it gets a bit repetitive and redundant. And, no, those two words are not interchangeable!! The game could be a fav for many if it was more consumer friendly. Just add some perks that are actually attainable! And I even looked at buying some of the coins, etc. but that is limited—needs more variety. I hope my suggestions don’t fall on deaf ears or blind eyes. You got a winner in this game if it has some serious tweaks worked out. I’m staying for a bit longer but as with many others that I have read their posts—-it is limited to how long. Hoping for some change!

  • The game is easy, but the mechanics don’t work

I got to level 83 and deleted the game. I should’ve beat every single level, on my way to 83, in my first try, but the game makes you waist so much time trying to move the tangles to places that they SHOULD go, but just won’t go. It’s not a skill issue, it’s a game issue, plus the there’s way too much time for simple puzzles and barely any time for more difficult puzzles. Again, these puzzles are really very easy and often simply just yanking the knots in different directions will inconsistently completely untangle them, or even get them triple tangled into an objectively impossible mess. There were several times where I should’ve beat the level, but it wouldn’t let me move the knot to the place after trying 5 times and time ran out. One time it didn’t process that all of the knots were completely untangled and I had to use my scissors power-up to get through the level. Bad game. I deleted it because I ran out of coins, but I shouldn’t have even had to spend a single coin. If the game worked right, I would’ve won every level my first try.
