A little bit over the top, borderline fear mongering
Whilst I appreciate the warnings around safe food hygiene, that’s not a legitimate reason to label fresh fruit and vegetables as ‘risky’.
Furthermore, to say a food is ‘high risk’, without adequate explanation (for example a poached egg), is over the top and borderline attention seeking.
For example, I would rate walking down the street as a ‘high risk’ activity for the risk of being hit by a car.
I appreciate the concern, but stop trying to ‘bleach away’ all the risks associated with being pregnant. It’s not healthy and leads to higher levels of stress and anxiety for future mothers.
