Login bug
When the login process prompts me to enter a one-time use pin, received via registered email, I enter the pin correctly. After app process for a second or two, I was returned to the same screen requesting to enter a pin. At which point the old pin does not work, I cannot request to resend a new pin (received an error message), and I received an email stating that I have logged in. I got stuck, this happens all the time.

Have to be on cell tower, multiple draw tickets hard to track
Can't just be on WiFi (I turn on airplane mode at home to force WiFi calling - calls sound better).
Two: it's difficult to track subscription tickets and if they've won at all.

Very glitchy
I would not want to store any amount of money with an app that is so glitchy. First time I used it, it was fun, I can avoid driving to the gas station to get my tickets and you earn bonuses, sounds great.
Every time I want to use it I have to reset my cache and go through this login song and dance.
After typing in the OTC authenticator you get an email saying you logged in but you’re stuck on the prior screen and cannot navigate the app, when you press back you get a warning that you’ll be logging off. So the app recognizes you’re signed in (because you get an email) but you cannot navigate the app, you’re stuck on the login screen.

Buying lottery numbers online
The app is great! But when it comes to buy numbers online, they want you to upload documents when you sign up. I did try it, and it keeps saying that I have reached the maximum attempt. And that I need to upload documents again. I did called the ct lottery headquarters and they told me the same thing. So far, I uploaded many pictures of my license, selfie with license, social security card, and mail picture. And still no luck. I give up at this point.

Poor mobile design
Why doesn’t the mobile app mimic the CT Lottery website? Why do you have to bounce back and forth between pages to see a full explanation of a particular game, its results, numbers drawn, next drawing, potential winnings, etc. (EX: Look at the TX Lottery site) Why is Fast Cash wagering a secret on the CT Lottery mobile app? It’s not listed with other games. It’s hidden in FAQ.

Very user unfriendly
Love the idea of the app to buy tickets for large drawings but it is so so user unfriendly & buggy if you want to use it for purchases. Won’t save logins, you try & navigate & it sends OTP’s & you get an email saying you have logged in & then you try to do something else & it wants another OTP & then you have to login again & since it doesn’t save the credentials, good luck. Offloading it now - make it work how ANY other app works that deals with money & you have a gem. Totally useless as it is for buying tickets.

This app and website are terrible. The security questions to verify my identity isn’t working. First, it asks me to verify by answering random questions, not the security ones you setup. It’s asking street numbers as far back as over a decade up to 30+ years ago where I lived. I cannot remember those numbers. So I failed the 3 attempts. Trying to upload documents instead and there is no place to do it using app or desktop website. Chatted with live chat rep and they kept giving me canned answers telling me where to go to do it, and the option isn’t even there. Deleted app and closed my account.

Unable to log in
Every time I try to login it’s take 3-4 times even then it does work! If I go straight to making a beat. No problem. Thought it be easier to do. But I guess I’ll back to using cash
Ticket scanner almost useless
The ticket scanner leaves much to be desired.
Two different phones; two different iOS. The new app does not properly scan tickets. It has nothing to do with the camera or its lenses.
This needs to be corrected.
