Nothing but issues
The app either locks me out or won’t allow me to login. I put in my verification pin and receive an email that I’ve successfully logged in but the screen just asks me to enter my pin over and over again. I can’t check my tickets.
Horrible scanner
Ever since they change the scanners on the lottery tickets to the long barcode it is near impossible to scan your regular lottery tickets… it takes over 2 minutes to try and get the reader to scan the lottery ticket… it’s another scam by the lottery system to make it harder to scan your tickets in a timely manner… until they change the long barcode you will have a lot of trouble scanning your tickets

I like this app. But it would be better if you could scan your tickets to see if you won like you could do with the old app.
Never again
I will NEVER put my money into this app again, because once you do it’s gone . You need to have good credit to withdraw any funds or winnings , because they go through a 3rd party vendor PLAID to cash out the funds . It’s absolutely insane.

Too frequently it is very challenging to login. Occasionally it works.
Does NOT allow you to SIGN IN
I’ve contacted the developer several times about this issue. It’s extremely frustrating when you can’t login it sends you all the information you need and then when you hit enter, it just says you to a white screen multiple times a day.
Worst app ever
After asking for multiple forms to authenticate and creating an account, they then want a front/back photo of my SS number, previous years W2, previous year W9, etc. Too much trouble and requesting too much info. Deleting.

Well, scan button worked today around noon, but is non functional again……fail
