  • App is awesome

    Makes the auction life very easy, but they have a couple little quirks that need to be smooth out other than that great out

  • Bait and switch

    Purchased a one year subscription then three months later they sent a message talking about all the enhancements to the membership.

    Those enhancements included higher fees, fewer auctions allowed to be won, geographic restrictions that were not previously present, fewer authorized pickup personnel and other great enhancements that wanted to charge me more and provide less in the way of service.

    They have the business for some large national chains and make a ton of money from that and have more auctions than most sites but they also are the worst auction site.

    They constantly reply to messages with “great idea” that then goes into a vacuum with zero enhancements over quite a few years.

    When I am ready to buy a unit I check every other site first because I don’t like how they run there business.

    Would have let the sleeping dog lie but they sent an email asking for reviews. Seems like I am not the only unhappy customer.

  • Could use some transparency

    Storage Treasures provides a useful service. However, there seems to be a little shady business that’s not addressed in the app, website, or through their customer service.
    When you bid on a unit, and are outbid, but the winning bidder does not decide to purchase the unit, you will receive an offer from Storage Treasures to buy the unit for the last bid that you made. You are given two options, accept or reject the offer. This practice feels a little shady, and opens the door for facilities to run the price up with no intention to actually buy.

    My suggestion to Storage Treasures app devs is to #1; Provide the actual bid list and #2 if an offer is given, it should exclude any bids that the winning bidder (that never intended to actually pay) put in.

    I’ve been burned a few times, and my faith in these facilities and this app have diminished significantly. Please fix this.

    Been using this app for years it is by far the best app for any auctions easy easy to use so I have bought many auctions in the years!

  • Great app for quick searches

    The app is easy to use, everything you need to see on one screen. Makes the hunt fun and fast, now if only all storage facilities took quality photos and didn’t mess with the contents, lol!

  • Avoid this App

    They’ll decline your payment. Then blame your CC company. CC company said it was pending a merchant pulled payment.

    Then storagetreasure will suspend your account. Avoid using them for biding on units.

  • App is great !! Picture quality is terrible!!!

    The app is great. Everything seems to work like it’s supposed to! but this app is for bidding on the units and the person taking the picture is usually always posting blurry pics and you can’t see what you’re bidding on!

  • Running into one main problem

    Hey normally I don’t leave bad reviews so I apologize but I want to use this app but I’ve been waiting for since last Friday for my account to be reviewed normally I wouldnt have a problem waiting but it’s now Thursday and I’m still waiting for my account to be reviewed I think if you can take away the review part it would go a lot more smoothly. I have been looking for a app like this for a long time but it stinks because I can’t use it
