  • Been with Storage Treasures for 2 years

    I've been using storage treasures for 2 years now. I truly enjoy the treasure hunt. I really enjoy the use of the app now to scan through everything, as well as manage, track, & make bids! This a great addition to their website, so no complaints on my end.

    App is super glitchy, keeps making me update my payment info for no reason. Can’t even bid on units now

  • Verify

    I’m not one for leaving reviews but I sent a email and got no response on this matter so I guess this is the way to go.
    The app seems to work ok but what I hate about it is that every time I open it I have to get a text message with a code to verify who I am. This isn’t Fort Knox , come on! I stay logged in on the website why won’t it do it with the app?

  • 2 step verification is annoying

    I waiting this app for a while, it works pretty good. But even with faceid it's asking for sms code each time I opening app. That's not correct. It's require SMS or call verification each day I'm log in

  • Cancelling auctions

    Something is not right why cancel the auction just because the bids aren’t that high I don’t understand was the point then you guys put storages in auctions but like all someone will win is the garbage that u guys want us to clean up that ain’t right

  • Use other bidding platforms.

    My storage bidding account was suspended due to a facility error or (pettiness) & storage treasures did nothing to help.

    So I bid on a unit & won once I arrived to the facility we realized it was a “Manager Special “ however it was not labeled as that on the website. We took it up with the general manager & he admitted to the mistake but wouldn’t refund our $280 however he said he would add me to his email list incase any tenants left items behind we could go pick up whatever they left (I didn’t care much for this) so we came to an agreement I wouldn’t get my money back & my account wouldn’t be suspended. I stopped doing units through the winter & once I was ready to start bidding again I realized they didn’t suspend my account & I was definitely added to that stupid email list. I messaged storage treasure for help & I told them my account of what happened & I received zero help & was permanently blocked . I wouldn’t bid on this site . It’s not the first time I have a problem with them . If no stars was an option I would do that

  • Frustration

    Love the thought of an app. However I get logged out probably 10-15 times a day and have to get a text. In addition for some reason ever since i have started using the app, at least 4 times now my payment method has been deleted…. I just had to re do it again. Super frustrating especially if I’m trying to win a unit

    Hello, thank you for this feedback and review! We released a fix for the logging out issue, and the multi-factor requirement persisting. Can you delete the app and reinstall to see if that fixes the problem? Also, the payment method was an issue the other day because our processor had an outage. Is this still happening?   • Honest review

    From my experiences on this app they’re some goods legit bidding but I don’t like the 3 minute adds to an auction seems like it’s a way to continue the auction to better for storage owners and auction house also don’t like that storage facilities can pull out of an auction where people have bid and be able to repost without a fee or a suspension so they can’t post for a month as a consequence and add names to who we are bidding against so there’s no third party bidding up these auctions and taking better photos without going in and picking out what they want out of the storages other than that the app is pretty straightforward

    Hello! Thank you for this review and your feedback. The three minutes is intended to mimic an in-person auction where the bidding doesn't end until people stop bidding. Also, it prevents sniping. So, while it can be frustrating to wait for it to end when it keeps adding time, it is to serve all parties. Re: cancelling auctions - the seller typically cancels an auction because the tenant made a payment or there was an issue with the legal paperwork. We agree this is frustrating to buyers, we are trying to find a way to reduce these occurrences while abiding by the lien laws. The facilities have to repost when the tenant goes delinquent again, it is a vicious cycle and some tenants do this monthly. We are designing a visible bid history feature, to provide transparency. Re: photos - that has been a pain point since day 1 - we train facility managers on how to take photos but we can only do so much since we are not the ones taking the photos. We evaluate images on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to the sellers. Legally, seller cannot go in the units, that is why they can't always give the best descriptions. But, we know there are always people out there that don't follow the rules. We do our best to train our sellers.
