Good but could be better
I’ve been using this site and now the app for years but there are quite a few problems that need to be addressed. First off, why do I need to do a MFA every time I log in? Banking and stock trading sites don’t even require this level of security.feet1feet23456789!

1) when you trying to search it doesn’t update and keep searching the wrong zip code
2) when you try to make a new search it keep bugging and you have to close the app to make a new search

This app is great. I can finally bid on storage auctions while on the go. It just launch so there are things that need to be fixed but so far everything is perfect and the quality of the images holds its clarity.Hmon843

This is handy to pull up ina pinch. My biggest issues is if you leave the app open in the background for too long it will freeze/lock up. You have to close and reopen the app. It would be nice to have page numbers that you could move forward or back, instead of having to scroll through every locker to get back to the day you were looking at.Show lessMrXcat

Zip code search only works half the time, occasionally loses track of scroll point and reloads losing where you were in process, hangs with endless spinner occasionally, zooming images often causes swipes, no dark modedan51678

I love buddy on the storage units and love that you are providing an app to do so, HOWEVER…the app needs much improvement to make it useful. When I click on my bids, it provides me with a half inch screen and does not provide the information of every bid if you have more than once. I love the zip code entry, as I travel a lot and work from the area my husband’s job puts us. It would be nice to list the city and state to the near me pile. There are a few more issues but please address these first. Thanks in advance.Show lesswildchildof1975

Hello, thanks for reaching out. First, can you ensure you have the most up to date version of the app (1.2.8)? You can access the version info in the app store; it will prompt you to update if you haven't. To zoom in on images, tap the image when viewing Auction Details. It will then open to full screen, and you can then pinch to zoom, and more. If you are still unable to access the zoom feature, please contact support at +1(480)397-6503 and they can walk you through it.Great App

Can’t even get past the second step of authentication of my phone number because they make the submit button past the screen and when you scroll to the button it’s not clickable. Hello Randy, I apologize for any frustration you have experienced. We have discovered that if a user has their device font size enlarged, it can create a poor experience. Would you mind checking your device font size, and if it is enlarged, reducing the size and trying again? Hello, thank you for reaching out. We just released an update to our image viewer - please update your app to version 1.2.8 in the app store. To zoom, go to an auction, tap the image, then pinch to zoom in and out. You can close the image viewer with the X in the top right corner.
