Hello, thank you for your use and feedback. Reference steps for refund application 1. Log in to reportaproblem.apple.com. 2. Tap or click "I Need" and then select "Request a Refund." 3. Select the reason why you want a refund, and then select "Next". 4. Select an app, subscription, or other item, and then select "Submit." You can also cancel your subscription if the charge is from a subscription you no longer need.
