Social media is always the first thing that I deprioritize when days get busy. Awarely is the one exception. I’ve always struggled to keep a journal or any kind of record about what I’m thinking/ feeling day in day out. Awarely has actually helped to keep me motivated and now since downloading the app I have about four months worth of near daily entries. I look forward to reading the new prompt each morning before I start my day, then logging my reflection before I wind down at night. It’s a good practice, and a habit I’m happy to have built in now. I feel some accountability to participate, but none of the obligation that I feel with other social media.
