This app is extremely buggy. Also, there has been a major regression in the product offering. These changes make it impossible for host families to find a match. Look to other agencies

Horrible Interface and User Experience

This app is horribly designed for host families. You can not search by keyword, the filtering options are limited. Photos and videos load slow, its missing information that was previously available on the website.

It has the wrong information for my LCC.

Payment options are ACH only! Which is absurd in todays world of vast payment options.

Referral codes are missing for host families

Favorites lead to blank screens

AuPair pictures are missing / do not load / say FAIL

Overall improvement but frustratingly buggy

The app freezes whenever I click a profile from my likes list. Many of the videos take forever to load, if they load at all. Lots of things never load. It has so interfered with the connection and matching process that I’m thinking of signing off for a few weeks until these issues are fixed - frustrating because we only have a few months to match.

Flaky

Horrible downgrade from the previous site. Most profiles don’t load and it crashes and hangs every few minutes. Complete fail.

Awful search functionality

Profoundly disappointed at the search functionality on the new app — presumably one of the most important aspects of the matching process. There’s no way to “hide” profiles you’re not interested in, no metrics about the number of profiles that match your search criteria, no way to sort profiles that your search returns, no indicator of where you are in the list of returns, so you just end up kind of scrolling endlessly, waiting for new profile cards to load every few seconds. It’s a giant step backwards from the old website.
