  • Stay away! False Advertising! Gambling! Not for ages under 18-21

Not a math game. It’s not a marching game. It’s an alliance focused base building game. I didn’t get a purchase. Reported it and they issued a refund that locked me out until I paid the refund back. Gambling is rigged, it rewards players who spend less money more, while usurping players who regularly spend more, to get them to spend more. It’s rare that any purchases are straight forward. You only get to play the advertise game when you upgrade your headquarters. Headquarters Max out at level 30 and by the time you get into level 20 and above, you’re very rarely ever playing the game you downloaded this for. The game is intentionally addictive and it has gambling. Furthermore, unless you get into the server when it first starts or spend a lot of money, you’ll never be a top player. So there’s constant bullying and a constant waste of resources and troops. There is constant conflict, it is a war game. Customer service is useless, and rarely apologetic. This game is designed to hook people and build relationships so you don’t leave. Then you and the other players that are hooked are feeding off each other, spending more and more money on their ridiculous little events. Not once have I ever spent money on this game and felt like I got fair values in return. they are making tens of millions of dollars a month. They don’t need any new players, they need to be sued.

  • DONT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS

They use review gaiting. The app will ask you if you are enjoying using it. You have the option of selecting yes or no. If you say no, you only get the option of giving feedback directly to the developers. If you say yes you are enjoying the app, you get a notification to leave a review in the App Store.

When a business uses this method, they get a disproportionate amount of higher ratings, and the average rating score does not reflect the average user experience. Therefore the ratings are a lie, and this is unfair on their honest competitors who don't use review gating.

If you want to see more real review scores in the future, to ensure you can get what you expect instead of getting scammed; remember to give a one star to any app or a business that asks you what your experiences, before forwarding you to a third party review site.

  • False advertising

I see this game as an add on instagram about every second of the day! The comments always cracked me up so I thought I’d see for myself. It is absolutely nothing like the adds… Lowkey cracks me up considering how hard they insist it’s actual gameplay. Anyways if you like the game fair enough but it’s absolutely nothing like the adds and I think the develops are scummy for that.

  • SCAM, Fraude and Pay to Win !!! AVOID !!!

Beware of this game, it is a SCAM, fraude (be careful with your card) and pay to win game. The game has a huge exploit: when you reach levels 24-25, you can attack any base with a minimum of troops, as heroes never die. FirstRun hasn’t fixed this problem for months and continues to release ridiculous events, all with broken netcode. The performance of this game is ridiculous on an iPhone 14. The only cool event happens on Sundays at the Capitol, where you can finally participate in a war game. For the rest of the week, you’ll be playing Farmville. Because it is a P2W game, the top alliances that spend a lot of money become invincible, so it stops being a war game and becomes a political game. IF YOU LIKE TO WASTE MONEY AND TIME, then this game is for you.

  • First game in a long time that I like

No random adds, just one offer when you start up.
But it would be great and super helpful to be able to train either more troops or train them faster. It takes over a day to train 500 of them (depending on tier). It can be shaved down a couple hours using the promoting technique, but still I think is way too much, especially if you can’t ask for help from you alliance. My other gripe is similar: it takes about(depending on hero level) 10-12 hours to harvest about 500k of whatever. Which is almost pointless because it takes *millions* to do upgrades past level 15 which can be done in a couple of days. So I think more reasonable times for train and gathering and being able to ask for help-just like you can for literally everything else, would make the game five stars!

  • Takes too long to upgrade anything!!!

So I love the game, however it takes way too long to upgrade each building, to train troops and to heal troops. And there isn’t much to occupy in the meanwhile as the falcon tasks take 3 mins to complete and there are only 5 per headquarters upgrade which takes about 10 days to do when upgrading each building takes 10hrs or more 🤦🏻‍♀️ Plus my radar tasks are usually already completed by someone else so I’m doing someone else’s which makes zero sense

  • Nothing like the add

This was a waste of time, it’s a building game not really an action game. Before you say you have those special ops section it a scam, you play maybe 4 stages then wait several days - yes days , to level up before you can even play again since it doesn’t require skills just your level. You are tempted to spend money vs waiting it out. In the meantime you spend so much time building up your player and that hooks you because of time spent and forget to realise it actually a boring game. That’s my review. I got sucked in for 21 days but glad I got out.

  • After a bit, you’re just playing Sim City plus Zombies

It starts off better than most freemium games. You’re the mayor-ahem*-commander of bunch of “heroes” and a shelter against zombie attacks. The idea is to your strengthen your heroes and your little town. To strengthen your heroes and little town, you collect resources that strengthen the heroes and the town. You collect resources by fighting monsters and forming an alliance with other players. At first, the building progress is reasonable and the strengthening process is perceptible. Relatively soon, however, inflation hits hard. You will need tons of resources and time in order to advance the level/strength of your heroes and get your building upgrades built. Sure, you can speed things up, but that’ll cost you. If you choose to be patient, you’ll be waiting days just to progress a few a times and to build necessary infrastructure and research to become stronger. So it becomes like sim city - you get online in order to collect some resources and then wait. It gets a bit boring unless you give in and start paying up. The fees aren’t crazy, but they add up - that’s what it’s all about. No outside ads, which is really nice, and there’s always something to click around and look at on the map. It’s not mind blowing, but meant to kill time and get a small shot of dopamine.

  • Ads nothing like the game

The ads made it look interesting but that play is nothing like the play in the game. It’s basically a mining game with occasional ‘wars’ between clans but most of the game play is clicking on mines and factories you build in your base to get resources and clicking on your assets to start an upgrade to improve their power and size. To play well you need to purchase additional features. The chat function is absolute rubbish and disorganised. It generally degenerates into players shouting and bullying each other.
Requires an update nearly every day.
