The ONLY Fitness App to have (Coaches in my pocket)
I have been on The Body Transformation Program for 6 months. This App makes everything so easy to follow and track, everything is in one place. I can track my macros, just add in my meals and the Macros are calculated for me. All my workouts are right there, I don’t need to think about reps, timings or moves, it’s all there, easy to log and easy to add any additional workouts I do. The App provides direct contact with Kelly and Jason, who provide the most unbelievable one to one support by video, voice text and text. I cannot recommend highly enough! The best decision I made, I just love everything about the App, the Program and these two incredible coaches, 5 stars isn’t enough! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and more
