Avoid this company at all costs
I contacted thus company to send a mechanic to look at my car that would not start. They persuaded me to sign up for a 12 month membership which would enable me to get free callouts and diagnostics.
I was initially impressed at the speed in which a mechanic came out and determined that my battery needed replacing and that he would need authorization from the office to get a replacement.
Both the mechanic and I proceeded to call and message the office for the next 3 days with no reply.
I eventually called a local mechanic who came out and had me back on the road within 2 hours.
This was over a month ago and despite calling their contact number almost daily, they will not reply.
I have now disputed the membership fee through my credit card company.Show lessMikeatcut
