Daily player
I wrote the below review a couple of days ago. Unfortunately since then the game has been updated and the levels are now ridiculously hard. Most levels now are so hard you have to use additional coins to get through them. There are too many tiny things to find and too many colour combinations of small items which are not easy to see. I originally gave this game 5*but have reduced it to 3*. The graphics are still good and I will play but maybe not daily as I have before
I have now played over 24,000 levels and love this game. I have never spent any money on it and use the daily boosts etc. Great game and brilliant graphics. There are a few levels which appear impossible and can be disheartening but using daily boosts wisely will get you through them. Highly recommended.Show lessNiki8888888888888
Love/Hate Relationship
Although I love this game, I once was down to around 10 seconds left and I couldn’t find the last item - it was literally no where with only 2 other items on the screen. All of a sudden it appeared at the bottom left all on its own! Since then I have been very apprehensive to play as I now feel the last item required isn’t on the screen until the very last second.. meaning you’re more likely not to see it in time and subsequently have to use coins to continue. I also used to have 1000’s of coins earned from completing levels, but recently I’ve had to spend my coins on almost every single level meaning I’m down to 0 and it’s near impossible to complete the levels without them.. another ploy to get users to spend money perhaps?Show lessLOJA98
it’s got way too hard, no longer enjoyable
i downloaded this a few months ago and was really enjoying it, some levels were difficult and almost always there was a way to complete it. about a month ago, things changed, they have now introduced “ultra” hard levels as well as all the other hard levels, like very hard, extra hard etc. now there is a type of hard level every 5 levels for me, and i’ve been stuck for quite a while. it’s no longer enjoyable and i refuse to spend money to complete it when i know im going to be stuck again in 5 more levels. such a shame as it was fun to start with and then they got greedy.Show lessAussie510
Amazing game up to a point
Absolutely love this game, totally addicted and been playing for months. However now I’m on level 2184 I can barely play it for days on end until I have enough coins to buy extra time for the level I’m on.
The levels become impossible without the extra time or other help. I think the only way is to end up spending money to buy the help which I don’t want to do. So it’s become really frustrating and no longer enjoyable because it’s pointless trying! I don’t get why developers have made it so hard. I get it needs to be challenging but when you can’t pass a level for days or weeks it’s ridiculous.Show lessCeeJay1727
Good but not great
A fun game but incredibly frustrating that it’s so difficult to earn lives. This game relies heavily on in-app purchasing to restore lives. Otherwise you’re left waiting up to 30 minutes for a life. Also frustrating that you can’t earn bonus items more easily - again relying on purchasing them to get through levels.Show lessRet75
I’m trying
All the extra items are good for variety, but there often ends up with too many items even in the so called easy levels, let alone super or ultra hard.
The cost of coins is way too expensive when there is very little opportunity to earn many during the game.
I am also yet to find where all the other games are that are shown in all the advertising.Show lesschriscal1
Too difficult now. Not fun.
I’ve been playing this game for months and have been enjoying it, but I find that the developers have made it entirely too difficult at this point. I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve devoted a lot of time to this game (evidenced by the fact that I’m playing at 9000+ level). That being said, it’s simply not enjoyable anymore. I like a challenge but I find some levels nearly impossible (certainly without paying for the advantages or waiting to play countless times until the game makes the level somewhat easier just so you can pass). There are levels with so many items that you can’t even use the fan to redistribute it (since the screen is too full). They’ve added an ultra difficult level (as if hard, and super hard are not difficult enough). I think this was just so that players blow through their items and coins so that they’ll be convinced to purchase in app advantages. For whatever reason, I think that this game is blowing it. Some of us want to play and also relax. It has become frustrating and nearly impossible at times. I think the developers need to reassess the difficulty level. Mediocre controls are the difficulty curve.
This game’s difficulty is inherently finite. There comes a point where, in order to make it difficult, they have to make objects intentionally misleading in order for there to be any challenge. That’s fair enough, in fact, it would be frustrating if that wasn’t the case, because the game would almost immediately become boring.
The problem is (when you have large adult hands) that when you see something buried, you’re gonna accidentally misclick on something else and be forced into a tangent. And on that tangent, it’s equally possible the same thing happens. I’m okay with just about everything in the rest of the game, but the fact I have to either get a stylus or hit it with my pinky to overcome the burden of having large hands drives me insane.
I can only come to the conclusion that the target demographic is children, and I am intended to not play this game. Fair enough, I suppose, but if I could just stop seeing the ads for it while just trying to play solitaire, I wouldn’t have been in this situation.Show lessMacnii
Impossible to keep playing
This game was awesome fun, challenging but not too hard. Lots of rewards and incentives to keep playing. 6 months in, I’m on level 2026 and all of a sudden the levels become impossible to finish. Every single level is ridiculously hard and it takes me 5+ goes to finish them, meaning I never advance and rack up any rewards. I refuse to pay money to play as I don’t have 100’s of spare dollars just to play for 20 mins or so. I really liked this game but now I never want to play as it’s not fun, just stressful and unrewarding.Show lessSh4zzzz………
