Excellent!
Another Must-Have
I’ve had the Facaros Italian Decoder for a long time, and love it. Here’s another! As noted, it’s an incredible encyclopedia of knowledge. You can use it on the fly to look up a menu item, and use the map to alert you to menu and shopping items you shouldn’t miss while you’re there. And, use it to plan your gastrnomic travels in advance.
Or, spend a winter’s evening dreaming of France, and its amazing, quirky, time-tested food ways.

All Questions Answered
This app by Dana Facaros will enhance your French experience either in France or dreaming of being there. Maneuvering from one section to another is simple since the connections between the regions and the cheese, for example, are already established. Now I need to revisit France because the French Food Decoder will be such an asset in grocery stores, markets, restaurants, and travel in the different regions. The very informative narrative is spiced with tidbits not necessarily known to most readers, such as the story of Félix Kir. All my questions are answered about the plethora of cheeses and yogurts, fish and meats, breads and drinks. Now all I need is my favorite baguette de campagne and an apéro.
