So far so good !
I use Chatway for my Shopify store and so far it’s been so good, customers are able to interact with me straight away which helps conversion rates as well as given customers more information about our service.
I like how I also get email notifications once the customer starts a conversation which means I’m alerted as soon as I have a new customer/lead
This app works really well on Shopify, which is the website platform I’m using.
Only small concern is on one of my phones. I do not get notifications which I’ve tried to enable however I’m sure the team will be able to sort this for me as it is working on my other phone already✅

Brand new app and new company but very dedicated and helpful. This app is very intuitive and to the point tools I need to communicate with my customer online. Need some more features which the devs are promising to patch them on in future. But still useable l. 👍👍👍farzia
