    Love this app, used their rent ready function to help secure our new flat! Super easy to use and our agent was really impressed that we had got all our paperwork together, references, affordability checker etc! Would recommend if you are struggling to get a viewing!

    Wonderful app for both renters and agents. Helpful in beating the queue and getting priority viewings in. Allows agents to easier sift through the huge demand on every available property.

    The tlyfe app is so simple to use. Very user friendly and offers everything I need as a tenant to give me the best chance of finding my next rental property with it’s ‘Rent Ready’ feature. I’ve had my ID Verified, Right to Rent Check done, and have been fully referenced so the hunt for a new home begins now … wish me luck!

    My second year university house used this company to hold our deposits which was meant to be given back at the end of my tenancy. After filling out everything I needed to, the repayment was confirmed but they have failed to give me my deposit back. Countless emails have been sent and some were even ignored but no conclusion still. Logging into my account today I see the deposit has been “closed” and the price is now £0 although I have not got what I’m owed. At first I thought it was technical difficulties but I am now convinced it is theft. I feel sorry for you if your landlord chooses to use this company to hold your deposit, they will steal it.

    Hi Nkechill Thank you for your comment. I understand that you have now received your deposit back as it usually takes 5 to 10 days, after we close the account. We are sorry there is a delay to the repayment, but our deposit management colleagues have to go through appropriate security process to give your money back. Although this does delay the repayment but assures your safety and security. However please be assured it would be impossible for our deposit management colleagues to steal the money as they are government approved.
  • Fine to use for docs

    But facial scan for ID verification doesn’t work in the slightest. Either freezes or tells to move away when it’s just told to you to move closer (or vice versa). Pointless.
