Fantastic App
This is a great app for anyone who swims bikes and or runs. Easy to follow and takes little time to complete.
It has become an integral part of my training, recovery and injury prevention

Brilliant
This app has been great for me. I use it slightly differently to how they advise you to (you’re supposed to do the stretches every day and the longer strength work out a few times a week). I just do the back injury prevention programme on repeat - it’s a six week programme, about eighteen minutes a day. This has helped my back so much, I also feel toned and strong and I’m sure it’s also helped my knees. I’m running longer distances than I have in years.
I love the variety of exercises and how clearly explained they are. I like how the focus moves on to different muscle groups as you work through the programme, this is working better for me than traditional physio exercises where you do the same exercises every day.
I also use the warmups for all three sports. The training programmes for triathlon look good but I haven’t tried them yet.
For me this app is money well spent - I’m ver happy with it.

DT review
I really like Dynamic Triathlete.
The videos are easy to follow along with.
There is plenty of videos in the library and the different sections make it easy to find the correct video, whether it’s a warmup, stretch or strength session.
I have noticed a marked improvement in my running strength and also recovery.
The only issue I really find is that the app is a bit slow to load but that could be my device as it’s pretty old.

Like a personal physical therapist assistant
I’ve been using this over a year and simply love it. It’s like having an assistant physical therapist in your home, challenging you with a fresh routine and various stretches and exercises whenever you need them.
With the app, I easily can do these anywhere. As I travel occasionally for work, it’s easy to knock out in a hotel room, with a towel as a band or rolled up as a foam roller.
I like it more than Peloton programs for example, because it’s easy to navigate, great material with a structure over time, well organized, tailored to what I need (regular stretching, or a specific injury prevention area).
There’s so much variety and content: my favorite section being the Injury prevention, which works great for those, like myself, with nagging injuries, recovering from surgeries, and working out old compensating muscle imbalances.
I’m a very flexible guy, but this helps me focus - just like at physical therapy - on getting after the hard to figure out spots - those ones that can lead to injury.
You might think: a year later and still need it? Yes! (Had 3 planned surgeries in the past year for one thing). I don’t have to hunt through dozens of YouTube videos - it just plays out each session, multiple moves. And it’s different!
You DO NOT get muscle to improve by doing the same thing all the time: you have to “shock the muslce”, mix it up.
That’s what makes this totally worth it.
Also, I can train harder and more often thanks to mixing these dynamic stretches and injury prevention routines into my weekly plan.
I simply feel better and perform better when I use the Dynamic Triathlete program.

Terrible App
App is poor quality and has frequent problems. I would guess the other reviews are paid advertisements. The customer service was insanely bad. Just look up some YouTube videos and save your money.
68yo - 2 days in
I purchased this app because my right glut was painful, and I could not complete my 7k, 1.5k elevation run; I had to stop and walk to relieve the pain after two days of using the intro and the roll and release video. My mobility is returning!
What's more, the first seven days are free! I signed up for the annual membership because you can cancel anytime and get unused weeks refunded.
There is very little chance of that happening - Thank you for the excellent videos and advice.

Great supplement to triathlon training
Easy to use and follow and achievable. Great content.
Good program but app needs help
App is unstable. It crashes and has lost all my saved programming and progress at least once. It is not easy to use as it often sticks and doesn’t always bring up where you left off
Best app for strength training
I’ve been using this app since May and it has hands down the best strength and mobility programs. The explanation on the videos are very clear and each session will challenge you as much as you want.
As a triathlon coach, I recommend Dynamic Triathlete to my athletes as it’s an amazing tool to avoid injury and stay strong throughout the season.

Love This Program
I love this program! I have been able to stay injury free while training for my first 70.3. Daily stretch, strength training, warmups, injury prevention, and roll and release…I use it all!
And the new app makes it even easier to get in routines.
Keep up the good work!!
