Great new touchscreen app
Have used other apps by touchscreen travels before so the format was familiar. Great help and straightforward to access for a quick unplanned weekend in Paris. Wish I’d had it last time I was there. The maps were a great help getting around and the information about sights just enough when visiting.

As with all the apps in the series, this is another well-researched, informative work from a writer who is experienced and well-travelled in the region. For anyone intending to visit the area, this would be a welcome addition to take with them.
France all-in-one
Have used apps from this author before, but for specific areas in France. This app appears to cover the whole of France and so I think will be better for me, as I prefer to roam around. Like the other apps, this one is very easy to navigate and packs in a lot of detailed info. I’m sure the suggested planned routes for short & longer trips will be useful. These are great pocket guides.
