  • Constantly overcharged

    Constantly getting charged a couple dollars more than the amount on the receipt or system says when I make purchases.

    Hi there! When you make purchases at places like restaurants, hotels, or gas stations, there is a hold placed on the card for slightly more than the purchase amount in order to account for things like tips. This is typical at these merchants, and the final price should be adjusted to match your receipt within a few days. If this is not the case, please reach out to support@useferry.com so we can help you dispute the transactions.
  • I get paid faster

    I really like this card. I had a different card before this and got paid every other Tuesday but now I get paid everyday. It’s been super convenient

  • Still waiting …

    I understand you guys are a new company, I had low expectations but you guys have not even met those. I have reached out to support twice now to ask them to fix/ implement some pretty simple features that are standard in most banking apps. Today I had to reach out again because the new card they sent me could not be linked through the app. Very disappointing app, I have not spoken to one person that has anything good to say about Ferry. Please do better.

  • Crashes constantly when trying to set up instant transfer

    Consistently crashes everytime it asks you to take a picture of your ID until it eventually locks you out from too many attempts.

  • Blame it on BJ’s Brewhouse

    Worst app of all time! It isn’t even a real bank. I get overcharged for things, you can’t even hook it up to Apple Pay, it crashes 90% of the time and yet BJ’s Brewhouse decided to go forward with them smh. These managers don’t care because all their money goes to their actual bank accounts. Just goes to show BJ’s could care less about what their employees think when most of us have complained about this app. Both company’s need to do better seriously cause y’all both piss me off.

We've already made improvements to the app since you wrote this review (we're on version 1.1.24 now!) which should solve any crash issues.   • Super buggy and does not work

    This app is used for tips from work it’s super buggy and cannot transfer my money to my account most of the time.

  • Trash!!!!!

    This review will be pointless because anyone with 2 brain cells would know not to use this company. But just in case this is the worst Card I have ever seen, no chip, no tap to pay, no Apple Pay just straight trash. You have to get in touch with the company for any changes but if you call no one ever answers the phone and they might call you back 48jours later. Their app is the most basic but useless app. I hate my job for switching over to this card. This is what the lowest bidder truly feels and looks like. I have sent a complaint to my company (Bjs brewhouse) daily to hopefully get them to change companies again.

    Yikes! It sounds like you've really had a difficult team with Ferry. We are so sorry to hear that, as we're always working hard to build a company and product that makes life easier, not harder! A few things we've done since you've left this review a few months ago: 1) We offered chip / tap-to-pay cards to all customers. You should have received one, but can always order in the app if not! 2) We're building in Apple Pay soon. We're a brand new company, and building in mobile wallets can take some time, but we're on it. 3) We're made a ton of improvements to our support process since you left your review. We have a bigger support team who can handle more calls and optimized our processes so, in the event you do have to leave a voicemail, we call you back quicker. We're hopeful that over time, we can change your mind about your experience with Ferry as we improve the app and build in new features. We'd love to hear your latest feedback, so please let us know if you run into any issues or have ideas. We are here to help!
  • Bad app bad service

    This app and Ferry pay in general is GARBAGE!!!When the app crashes I’m not able to see my balance or any possible errors or charges!!!There have been times where my payments have not posted,seems like this app and company are out to scam and take money that isn’t theirs to take!!Seems like my company decided to go with a banking company that is little to no cost for the company to use and it shows,they really don’t care if their employees are getting their money taken from them or it’s being held for days with no real reason other than “app updates” and the excuse of “there is an internal issue that we are working on”I call that absolute suspicious behavior from a “financial” institution!!!Fix it or find out that there can be legal consequences for this!!

As I'm sure you know, we're a brand new company and had lots of kinks to work out, but I promise we're not out to scam any of our customers, ever! We created Ferry in order to provide better tools and resources that make employees’ lives easier (not harder!), so we're always working to make improvements to the App and your experience overall.   • Awful Bank

    The app and card isn’t compatible with apple wallet or other pre paid banks, chime, cash app etc. What’s the point of buying out other banks like wisely just to make it worse?

  • Can’t change number

    The app asked me if my information was correct when I signed in, I selected the option stating that I needed to update the information, but I was never given the option. No option in the settings allows me to change it either. Absolutely ridiculous.
