Shoes are great but customer service is downright disrespectfully bad.
I bought shoes for my kids and they were a size too big, and I just wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I tried to reach out every way I could, multiple times, but only got one response, weeks later: “All sales are final”.

Got Scammed $200 and Blocked by their Instagram and Support team.
At a recent SIA Collective pop-up event, I eagerly anticipated purchasing Trae tha Truth Houston sneakers. However, the event was met with a surprise $200 cash payment we had the option to choose one of three alternative sneakers and if we purchase that sneaker we would get our Houston Trae tha Truth sneaker and weeks of ignored support requests, I received the wrong shoe and told their support team however, they stopped responding to my emails and blocked me on Instagram.
