Potential, but not yet realized
This is a good case of thatโthereโs a long way to go before this product is ready for real world use. Iโm hopeful it gets there, but itโs not terribly useful at the moment; particularly considering the cost to transcribe.

Not where it needs to be
Thereโs no action items section and the summaries are poor. The most recent call I had summarized all the banter/small talk in the first 5 mins of the call and ignored the remainder of the call which was most critical.
Iโve lost faith in the product and itโs way too far from where it should be.
