Extremely Disappointing App/Don't Waste Your Money!
As a student, I was looking for a reliable app to help me with articles and homework. Unfortunately, this app falls short in every aspect. It shows promise initially but as soon as you feed it a substantial amount of information or long texts, it completely shuts down. It's incredibly frustrating and renders the app ineffective.
I made the mistake of paying for a one-year subscription, expecting the app to work flawlessly. However, it turned out to be a complete scam. Despite numerous attempts to request a refund, I've been denied every time.
While the app does handle shorter texts well and even humanizes the content, it fails miserably when it comes to longer texts. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to keep up with such a dysfunctional app, knowing that I won't be able to use it for its intended purpose. As a student, I cannot afford to waste my money on this app when I could find a better alternative elsewhere.Show lessAylnzi
