If you could reach out to our support team at support@travelportal.app, we’ll work with you to troubleshoot the problem and ensure your trip details are properly reflected in the app. Your advisor can also share the trip directly with you via email and in that case it would automatically appear in your app, without you having to take any action whatsoever.
