They were running a promotion and after completing their requirements, they don’t reply back or make it possible to cancel your subscription. They do send you a message that you’ll get your offer after a couple of days after the offer ends and gives you steps to confirm your requirements are met but after that they never reply back, neither from the social team or supporters team. I’ve sent numerous messages to them to claim my offer but all I get is a automated message saying they’ll reply back within 48 hours, it’s been a week from the last message and nothing. I tried to cancel my subscription after not receiving my offer wasn’t given or my messages never getting a reply back but you know what? They just link you to their FAQ which says you can cancel your subscription after receiving the 7 days notice of your renewal message. I checked everything in the message and the only option they give you is to change your payment method and nothing else. All I wanted is to receive my promotional offer and try their therapy but I didn’t receive none.
