Hi, we apologize for the unsatisfactory experience. Could you tap on the three dots next to the Door section, and tap on the Gear icon? You should be able to see Unlock Proximity setting, try changing this setting to Medium or Far and see if this resolve the issue. If not, please contact us at uid.support@ui.com. Hi, we have recently released the Mobile Tap feature for the Identity Endpoint. This feature enables you to tap your phone near the reader, which triggers a notification. By tapping on the notification, you can confirm the unlock. We are also working on optimizing this so it can be more seamless in the future. Make sure to always keep your devices, UniFi Access Application, and Identity Endpoints updated to the latest version.
