Cannot log in
This app stinks ..can’t log into a direct page jus a rate for a loan … hello I already got one it’s supposed to help you see your payment schedule not I siste on another loan. Uuuggghhseashellangel
Account charged off for 15.00 late fee
I was told to make a payment before a certain date to avoid charge-off. Made the payment, but a late fee was tacked on from somewhere and they charged my account off. Should of told me to make a payment, and a late fee to avoid charge off.brw-dev
Easy to use
The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. It would be nice to have the ability to remove linked bank accounts without the need to call customer service.RichieRich096

PLAID
Haven't fully done a loan through them, seems easy to manage and enjoy.. however every time I have tried to apply the plaid link to link your bank account NEVER works so I never can get passed that step.. very annoying..gracieeee stopppp
Website Not Compatible for Mobile Devices
If you click on “Get A Loan” it brings up a list of various loan types. Click on any of them and it redirects to their website. Immediately a disclosure pops up and fills the screen. There is no way to minimize, close, or even acknowledge this disclosure. You can’t access the website because you can’t close the disclosure language.Show lessShanGust
Logins dont perist
I have to log back in through google every time. It would be nice to include a pin or face ID based login for more convenience.Willkodude
