It is a non custodial wallet where new features are being added. Right now they are in the mobile with no desktop version but hope to see a full stack of version shortly!OtterPirate

I can’t transfer my money from best wallet to another, I try to sell it on bank they accept, I’m using Bank of America.. my bank doesn’t in their list

Best wallet does not buy cryptos directly, we use third party providers and may be subject to certain regulations by the laws of your country. They sell me a tron token (trx) and after told me what app doesn’t support this token,now I cannot move this money to another wallet ,I wait two weeks when a support team ca help me but they cannot help me,my money just sit in this app ,I told please help me and fix it and nothing happen.

Hi, Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Best Wallet. Currently, Tron isn’t a network we support in Best Wallet, but we do support BEP-20/Binance Smart Chain tokens. In Best Wallet, you can purchase 'Binance Pegged Tron,' which is likely the token you bought in this instance. During the transaction process, the app will notify you if the swap isn’t working. This could be due to not having the required token for gas fees or an insufficient amount of tokens for the swap. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out to us at contact@bestwallet.com or respond to your previous chat with us, and we’ll investigate further.Great Wallet, but Connection Issues Need Fixing
I’ve been using the “Best Wallet” app for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed with how it handles my digital payments and cards. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to add, manage, and use my cards. I also love the security features, which give me peace of mind knowing my information is safe.
However, there’s one issue that keeps bothering me—the connection errors. Every few moments, a “lost connection” error pops up, and then it disappears on its own. While it doesn’t seem to affect the app’s overall functionality, it’s annoying and disrupts the otherwise smooth experience. I hope the developers can address this in a future update because this app is so close to being perfect.
If the connection issue gets fixed, this will definitely be a five-star app for me. But as it stands, it’s still a great wallet option, just with a minor hiccup that I hope is temporary.Show lessArcturus921
