Worthless app

This app is so buggy my screen is crawling! It’s useless for just about anything but trying to find a provider, and even then it’s easier to use the website instead. Don’t bother downloading this app, just go to the website.

Why even have an app

Repeated log in errors, chat never works. I get a notification that I have a new EOB and follow the link that opens the App and nowhere is there EOB on the menu. I guess it’s probably claims, but that’s confusing. So frustrating.

Not sure why, but I have no page when I download the app that I can sign in .The sign in is missing

What happened?

HPN - this app isn’t even functional in the most simplistic and rudimentary of ways. I’m unable to merely select a Primary Care Provider. This should be a basic feature, and yet it literally does not function whatsoever.

I get that app design is hard and it can be costly but… why even have an app if it cannot be used by paying customers?

Old app forced me to download this one. Doesn’t work at all. Now I cannot access any of my info. Great……wasn’t broke before.

Doesn’t take me to my claims, card, nothing. Just an 1-800 number or another app for tele-health ? Very unprofessional

Non-functional nonsense app

Sure. I applaud you for improving the UI but in response, the app is glitchy and the payment tab (arguably the most important feature) does not work at all.
