Worst app/website

Neither the app or website give you access to anything. You’re just waiting for it to load with no ending. Spins and spins with access ever!!!

Does not work

Exactly why would a health plan organization put an app online that does not work?????? Errors out every time. Error is that it can not determine what app to open??? It’s the frigging app…. DUH. There has to be someone who has started a criminal investigation into this issue. I’m up for joining any class action lawsuit. These developers need to be sued out of existence. They must be held accountable.

New Mobile app

Im so excited about the id cards access on the mobile app and the ability to put in my wallet

Terrible app

Still showing last years plan information I have contacted member services 5 times over this and no solution has been provided.

I’m not able to login my current account last 2 months.app and website still shows my previous insurance information.

I can’t believe they still couldn’t fix it !

Half working.

Half of the app is not working, I keep getting a error saying can’t get the info or internet not working. And can’t see any info like deductible, records, or claims. Hope you can fix this problem.

At My Fingertips

So much better than having to get to a computer to get the info I need. Log-in process was easy. Grateful to have my insurance activity and ID card in my phone.
