Have had the Grizzle Smart for about 2 weeks.
To complete the initial setup I had to turn the unit off and back on again but otherwise working well and no issues.

App and charger are complete junk
Firmware won’t update. Have to reset the charger constantly. Really regret not paying more for a juicebox
Won’t work with my 6 month old charger
Chargepoint app is a pretty much useless as it only replicates what the car does natively so was happy to see the Grizzl-e app was available after being told it was coming soon when I ordered my charger. Downloaded fine, but when I tried to add my charger got the message “your charger is not compatible with this App”. Looked for reason & there is no compatibility requirement listed. Messaged support and was told the app doesn’t support “legacy” chargers. Charger was purchased from Grizzl-e directly in May this year & was told the app was coming & would enable usage tracking & scheduling. Looks like I wasted my money on the “smart“ capability. Not impressed

App won’t update firmware
The app won’t allow any updates of the firmware for my charger!
Junk
App is terrible. It constantly freezes, won’t update the firmware, won’t let me switch from “scheduled charging” to “charge now”, doesn’t recognize charging sessions when I start them. Piece of junk. And the charger itself constantly loses the WiFi signal. Don’t waste your money on a Grizzl-e Smart, just get a Grizzl-e without the WiFi (or get a different charger altogether!)

App don’t work
Same as all others. Charger doesn’t exist
Great Charger, App is lacking…
Car charges fine, would like to set up peak charge times, preferred charge times etc… but the app wont register the unit, the scan QR code function doesnt work, and you can’t input the numbers manually (as it says the charger doesnt exist…). An drastic update and overhaul is needed.

Same error as other - charger doesn’t exist, so the app is pointless despite scanning the QR code and entering manually
Having problem with setting up app
After I downloaded the app, I tried to set it up but when it asked me to scan in the QR Code, which I did it gave me an error message “Station doesn’t exist”. I tried this several times and even typing the QR Code I’m always getting the same error message. I know it exists because I have been using the ChargeLab app.
