Okay, but basically a money grab

The game is fun and pretty similar to other games of this caliber however, the constant need to upgrade the chefs every other round, after already spending coins to upgrade them is unrealistic. And when the hard challenges begin, magically the chefs speed downgrades and the game prompts you to upgrade again. This does not happen in other cooking games. Once you’re in a city and upgraded the chefs you don’t have to do it again until you go to another city in other games. Seems more like a trap to get gamers to spend money on in-app purchases.
The bonus levels are cool, but I’d rather play the other games that are better and easier on your pockets. Sorry it’s back to “Cooking Madness” and “Cooking Fun” for me 😏

Fun game but impossible without spending

I enjoy the game in itself but there are some serious game design flaws in the way it 100% makes it so you have to spend money to make any meaningful progress in the game.

All game packs are no cheaper than £9, and the coins you earn per level are significantly lacking in comparison to what the game makes you spend. There are other similar games that at least make it so you earn coins a bit more quickly, but this game is blatant in the way they make it so you never have quite enough. I’ve spent a good £20 already and can’t make any good progress without failing 100s of levels to earn enough coins to move on. It doesn’t feel rewarding as no amount of skill is enough, only boosters and in game purchases.

Incredibly disappointed as with some slightly better balancing and less greed this would be a fantastic game.

Great Game all round

When I download a game it doesn’t last long before I delete it especially if it has a lot of ads and if you need to spend money to get past a certain point etc I do t give 5 stars that often but this game is amazing so far I’m on level ten so far and I think I’ve had maybe two or three ads so that’s amazing for me and it’s f you need money and ts always easy to get and it also helps you get more stuff for your restaurant

Game intentionally difficult

This game is difficult from the beginning. They will design it so you are “close” to beating the level, but won’t. This makes it so you will spend money on boosters and packs JUST so clear simple levels. It’s extortion. And it’s not every once in a while, it’s almost EVERY level like this. There are better games out there.

Please reduce prices

I adore this game but I agree with the other reviews, it’s virtually impossible to pass levels, hard ones aren’t even worth trying. Watching ads is pointless because the cost of upgrades and extra coins is unfathomable. I understand you need to raise prices to compete with the market, but please please please reduce as much as you can, I’d hate to stop playing but it’s so frustrating.

Progression in Challenge Mode Feels Unfair

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and really enjoyed it, especially since I’ve completed all the restaurants. However, I’m starting to feel frustrated. While I love the game and its design, the challenge mode is becoming a letdown. You earn so little money compared to the regular gameplay, yet you still have to spend resources upgrading waiters, which feels unfair. I’ve invested real money into the game, but now I’m starting to regret it because the progression feels slow and not worth the cost. I hope the developers can improve the balance, especially for those who support the game financially.

Love it BUT……

A couple things I don’t like about this game is even if you fail, it barely gives any coins so upgrading is extremely hard. 2nd thing that infuriates me is on other games such as happy hospital, you upgrade your nurses and it stays that way for each location. On this game though, you spend all your coins upgrading your servers and even though you are at the same location, each level your servers levels are different so you have to upgrade them all over for each level. That alone is going to make me quit playing this game. I can’t upgrade anything if I’m constantly upgrading my servers! Make it fair!!! Also since your latest upgrade you made it even harder to beat levels because the referee guys patience loses way faster than before the upgrade!!!
