Impossible to withdraw
The interface is unbearable to the point I placed one bet, won, then decided to withdraw because I’m not using this app. But now I’m really struggling to get my money out of the app and customer service is no help

It is hilarious how non-user friendly this Sportsbook is. Poor app design, poor betting options (no SGP), no bonuses, boosts, or anything else. Then on top of that, good luck getting your money from these people if you win. There is no option for withdrawal to bank or debit card. You either sign up for two shady options in Play+ and VIP preferred ach and take you chances dealing with their non-existent customer support, or you contact them and ask you to wire transfer you or mail you a check. It is beyond laughable.

Shockingly bad
I have used every mobile sportsbook in illinois, this one is by far the worst and its not even close. The look and design of this app is just so bland and boring. There are little to no betting markets and they are confusing to look at. Live betting is almost impossible to do, there are absolutely ZERO promotions, this is just an overall terrible product. Dont waste your time with this sportsbook and use literally any other book available. Its shocking how bad this app is and its 2024

I don’t think you could create a worse sportsbook app.
It is incredibly sad because Circa has by far the best casino and sportsbook in Vegas.
I don’t know why they have not invested money into developing a quality app.
I hope they do, because I really do like Circa.
I would use this sportsbook if it got to the quality of a Caesar’s.
Until then, no business for Circa. All my betting money is going to Caesars.

A joke
Probably the worst Sportsbook app ever created. Did these people actually pay an app developer to make this? If so, someone needs to be fired. Yikes.
Terrible
The app is virtually unusable. This is my first time ever reviewing an app, but this was so bad that I felt obligated. For starters, after downloading when I went to sign up and enter all of my personal info it told me that it couldn’t verify my identity. LOL what? It then tell you that you have 3 attempts to adjust your personal info before it locks you out. Turns out I had to tamper with “street” vs. “st” in my address because it didn’t like that. I never heard of that before, but okay. Then I go to deposit money. First 2 credit cards that I tried got rejected. Okay, I know sports gambling apps can be fidgety with that. Then I try card number 3. This time is seems to accept the deposit, or maybe it doesn’t? It tells me the deposit was “processing, please wait.” Well I waited 15 minutes and still nothing. So I logged out and logged back in. Still didn’t show the deposit though. At this point given all the trouble so far I am NOT going to try the deposit again and end up getting double charged or something. At that point I just went to a different app (fan duel) and placed my bets without any problem. The app is beyond glitchy and when the app deals with taking payment info from you, glitchy is not what o want. That Darren clown who has been all over tv and radio promoting this piece of junk should take a look at the terrible ratings that this service is getting and maybe pump the breaks a bit. My experience with this app was as poor as could be. 0/10
