Amazing game very beautiful but has issues
Pros:
Visually the game is gorgeous.
The storyline is interesting
The tasks are nice and varied
The concept is pretty massive for a mobile phone game
Cons:
When a characters house is placed-with no red square or space issues -it doesn’t stay there no matter what you do or how many times you log in and out and try again.
Same thing with any furniture or wallpaper changes in your house- they don’t stay there once you’ve closed the items window.
It’s obviously not that important in the scheme of things- but it may mean I can’t advance any further in the game-as one of the aims is to get characters into the valley.
App developers-I’ve searched the internet and many other people playing this game on their phones have encountered the same problems-with no solution suggested.

Issues (please fix)
I downloaded the game and I love it BUT there is some bugs like not being able to pick up the jewel of time and not being able to catch the little ball thing that zips around sundial.I’ve tried everything I could to fix it like uninstalling then install the game again,refresh the app and look online for ways to fix it,please fix it in a future update.Show lessI_hope_you_get_salmonella
You can’t progress because of glitches!
The only reason I have Apple Arcade is for this game. I loved Wylde Flowers and this was the only other game that interested me after I finished it.
I had so much luck with this game the first time I downloaded it, until I accidentally sold a quest item that should have been greyed out and had no way to fix it. So I started completely over. Everything I read over that issue had no resolution or it took forever to resolve by support (if they even responded.) So, I cut my losses.
Starting over now, I am unable to place the scrapbook for Goofy’s Scrapbook Blitz quest and support responded with a dismissive reply. Basically, “yea we know it’s been an issue forever and we’ll eventually fix it.” I had no problem previously with this quest the first time. Issues with this quest have been reported on so many forums and platforms since at least 2022 and yet over 2 years later, they are still being vague and non-responsive.
All of the above applies to the other issues I am having with the main quests for glittering jewels. I have completed everything necessary for the guest but I have no option to pick up the jewel.
Basically, once you start getting bogged down with glitches that are never resolved. All of your time and accomplishments are for nought because you can’t get responsive support or fixes.

I would of put 5 stars because I love this game but I’m giving it 4 stars because there’s some quests that don’t work. One of the quest I got was from Rapunzel, was to catch the floating sun orb and no matter how much time I spend chasing it I can’t grab it, even though it’s right next to me or right infront of me and I’m touching it. Another example I’m in the cave of wonders and I can’t get the “jewel of time” the quest says to pick it up so when I walk up to it nothing happens, I can’t interact with it. So it’s a little frustrating. You would think this games been out for 4 years now and that they’d have it fixed by now. No bashing I’m just saying. But, other than that I’m in love with this game 😍 I hope they fix the bugs in this game though.Show lessLexi2813
Numerous bugs & errors
The game has been fun so far but I am running into consistent enough glitches that are stopping my ability to progress almost entirely. 1: there is a glitch in most of the Time Island things—I can’t interact with the Sun Core or the Jewel in Gaston’s quest. The button to do so does not appear. Without it, i can’t progress in these storylines at all. 2: the Daisy Duck trouble in paradise quest is currently stuck in limbo. I completed it earlier today, but upon logging in was met with the objective to deliver the mochas, which are not in my inventory. I also cannot get them from Remy either. Therefore, I can’t complete this quest and progress either. I feel like these issues have been pointed out multiple times by people across platforms - Reddit, here, online forums, and haven’t been addressed. I attempted to submit a support request on Gameloft and that page would also not work, simply continued to refresh and not allow me to send in my request.Show lessExplorerFlora
Great game but glitchy as you progress.
I want to start by saying that I really enjoy this game. There is plenty to do even with the glitches here and there. That being said, I’ve gotten a little frustrated with it recently and I have two quests that I can’t complete now due to glitches. I know that this particular game isn’t the priority for the developer as they have the paid version, but I am hoping they release an update soon to fix some of the issues that stop you from completing quests. Other than that there are hours upon hours of other things to do while waiting for bug fixes so I’ll continue to wait and hope that one day I’ll be able to progress the game a little bit further.Show lessandmander9
Love the game but
I really love playing this game on my MacBook Pro however I also want to be able to play it on my iPad (9th Generation) unfortunately, for some reason it told me in the game that it was not compatible and kicked me out of the game. However in the Apple Arcade it says that the IPad 9th generation is compatible. Therefore, if you want me to give you a 5 star review please fix this problem or I won’t change the rating plus I am a superfan of all things Disney. (Edit) I am now only playing on my iPad however it is a (10th Generation) is compatible with the game but there’s a bug with collecting the Dreamlight for removing the night thorns. please fix the bug thus I will be happy to rate five stars for this game.Show lessGame lover342
Disadvantages
I think this game is brilliant however, one of the major perks of the gameplay is decorating your own valley. I think we’re disadvantaged on the limit compared to other platforms. I know arcade has no in store purchases however, redeem codes or maybe even an account on the website that has a store, allowing us to use moonstones, overall - enjoying the full perks of the game. I find myself feeling bored over the lack of decorations I can use e.g plants, centrepieces, paths, etc. it feels that my designing is repetitive and when I see the inspos online, I find myself at a loss with the limitation this platform has. It may be useful to explore ideas with the designers of the game to allow us with the same advantage to use moonstones and star paths.
Update: I’ve been searching for days doing the new directive quest. I know where the picnic blanket is found but the swirling sands is not there despite looking everyday. I don’t know if this is a bug however I feel like I can’t progress such as trying to get Oswald 😔Show lessSim xxxx
Fantastic game! Highly recommended.
This game is the only reason I became a member of Apple Arcade. It’s my favourite game. The quests are fantastic (though sometimes you will find annoying bugs and glitches), great story and characters and so much choice in how you play. I enjoy how the developers keep adding new content.LaurenRox1
