The remembrance orb is bugged!! Can’t pick it up at all therefore I can’t continue with the story line! Which is actually annoying because I love this game.. however I have never known a game to have so many bugs within it! I’ve tried refreshing the app multiple times, downloaded it on another device, still doesn’t work! I just need help on what I should do?Show lessSomeone11987
Would be perfect if it weren’t buggy
This game is absolutely brilliant. It is a great open world game highly interactive with so many things to do without having to be forced to play mini games like match or merge.
Easier access to tech support would be great. At the moment I am stuck on main story quest: The Wild Tangle’s Storm with no way of going further in my quests or story. The bug is that I needed to craft 2 specific items and place them in The Grove. However the game doesn't recognise the items and even though I've done it, the task isn't ticked off. I would love to see what more this game has to offer.Show lessxoMemiiox
Very frustrated
Never had a problem playing on my iPad but now I'm on the story quest “The Spark Of Imagination” I can’t catch the 3 gears at all they just float around me an I can’t catch them at all. Yet I have no problems at all doing the friendship quests very frustratingBubbles💁🏼
Amazing!
This is a great game! I have played it on my Nintendo Switch and now that I can even play it on my phone it’s even better! I needed to start everything all over again as I do not think that you can upload my older file onto this Arcade Version, however it’s been quite a long time since I played this game on my Switch, so starting the game again does not bother me much! Constantly crashing

Love this game but rough since update
Very buggy and crashes a lot since the update. My biggest problem lately is that the game glitched during the Nala fishy business challenge and I did not get the lioness statue in my inventory. Now it does not pop up and I can’t continue the quest. I have reached out to app support two times now with no response. On top of crashes and a buggy laggy game it is hard to continue and progress. I play daily but I would like to have the app support reach out and fix the problem in a reasonable time. On good notes, I adore this game and love how much more there is to the game since the update. The attractions edition is great. I hope to resolve the issues soon so I can continue the game.Show lessliliannagn101
Good game. Repressed on Arcade
I’d easily give this 5 stars as it’s a fun Disney go at your pace type of game. I do have one main issue, Arcade version is restricted in a way no other version of this multi platform game is.
We do not have access to any of the features that extend your gameplay. Where all other versions have ways to unlock unique skins, quests and rewards, we don’t. So that’s no star paths, moonstones, premium shop ect, which even stunts us from participating in community events like the current Parks Fest, bc we don’t have access to any amusement park features. We can’t even use the free codes they give out in game!
And yes they did state we can’t have monetary transactions, but there are so many other ways players attain moonstones, such as daily chests, dreamsnaps ect, which would give us something to strive for. Without moonstones the game seems stale and kinda pointless as the only reward you’ll ever get is a few gold coins.. and after a while you’ll have so many you’ll run out of things to spend them on. So this is a great game, but developers please value your arcade players enough to give us access to moonstones or end game content. Because otherwise what’s the point?Show less-SuperSerg-
Great game but too many restrictions
I absolutely love this game, but there was only one thing that needs to be changed. I like to hang out with my villagers so I can get the cool thing at the end. I can’t get it because I don’t have a certain player unlocked. For example, I was hanging out with Mike Wazowski and I was so excited to get the cute dress at the end so I was preparing for which I didn’t know what it was so when I got to the end, he didn’t give me the quest so I went to the quest section to see what I needed to do to get the quest. And it told me that I needed to get vanelope which I can’t get because of the age restriction in the dream snaps I was super disappointed that I couldn’t get that amazing dress that I work so hard to get I really wish you could fix this because you can’t chat with anyone and you can’t take pictures of yourself so I don’t know why there Has to be an age restriction.

Slow sensitivity
The game is stuttery at times which I’m willing to get past as I’m sure it’ll get fixed soon. That I can forgive but I cannot play this game with the slow sensitivity. Even at max it’s still extremely difficult to turn the camera and this needs adjusting immediately and should have been implemented day 1. Also needs a fixed joystick option. Why can’t I even choose my avatar name???
After my girlfriend getting on my case for however long it has been since this game first went into early access on consoles and pc I finally decided to download this thanks to it being available on Apple Arcade. I get that this “Arcade Edition” might not be the highest priority as it is not really generating revenue due to the lack of access to the premium shop and season pass, but I’ve noticed some truly baffling decisions. First off I’m having performance issues on my iPhone 12 Max. I suppose this shouldn’t be a surprise considering how I’ve seen it perform on my girlfriend’s Nintendo Switch, but I still expect more polish out of this especially when I’ve played more impressive games on this phone that run significantly better.
But even more baffling is the fact that there is no option to name your avatar upon creation (at least that I could find) and that there is no option to rename once created. My avatar is stuck with the name “player”. This was automatically applied. It didn’t even take my Game Center name, which I’m assuming possibly is due to it being too many characters as looking online the console versions allow up to 12 characters and my Game Center profile is 14. This is really an unacceptable oversight. All other versions apparently have a change name option within the help menu in the settings. Please update this with this simple feature.Show lessTendo San
