Simple and Effective
The mind/body/environment connection is a very real and powerful relationship. I like this app for its ability to help you jump start that connection in a simple, intuitive way. Repetition is the foundation for habit, and when you begin each day with positive mantras for success (in whatever arena you want to focus on) you set the stage for accelerating goal achievement. It is a bit oversimplified IMHO (but maybe that’s the point) and I would like to see more ‘deep dive’ opportunities in the app, to learn more about Reiki, link to supporting practices, lifestyle integration, etc., but I will definitely use this as part of my success plan!Show lessdsvw
