Horrible app and customer service
Horrible app , and website. I was able to log in into the app perfectly fine. And all of a sudden it keeps saying error and that my credentials are incorrect every time I want to log in. I have tried doing the “forgot my password” and send the reset info to my email and I don’t even receive the email. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times and nothing. I’ve retried opening and closing the app no solution either. I called to get help and they take forever to respond or simple are horrible at helping themselves. Mind you I just got their internet service today and I have had problems with EarthLink services all day. Completely changing my internet services to another company. I do not recommend EarthLink.Show lessAt_t.

Won’t let you register email Won’t let you set up a new account and won’t recognize that you’re trying to change password. Total waste of timeBoss positive
Awful app
For those having trouble with the EarthLink changes that went into effect August 9th, I was about to go mad with the verification code thing. Today I called EarthLink and got a tech in India who spoke clearly and was very helpful. He had me go to webmail, click preferences and then security. There you can choose either the added security verification code or default. I told the agent the nightmare is once we get the verification code going back to enter it sends subscribers down a rabbit hole of where to enter the code. Garbage
It will not send me emails. It will not let me type anything to set up my service. They sent me my router a month ago and I can’t get a hold of anybody and will not let me put any of my numbers in to activate it but yet I’m getting charged for this.Jake2121212121

Awful app
The previous app for EarthLink worked well but this upgrade is impossible. My email is a mess. Can’t stand the constant verification codes. Works badly on iPhone or tablets. The code number comes in text but navigating back to enter it takes one on a wild ride. Awful. Return to what worked well. To have to change email service will be a nightmare but what was done to EarthLink is also a bloody nightmare!!Show lessCan’t access my e-mail
This is a little disconcerting….I can not access my e-mails via this new Ap. Please do not eliminate existing EarthLink Ap before this new one works.Concerned User since 1999

I use iPad and this app is the size of iPhone. Can’t link to autofill PW. I use webmail to check suspected spam. If it doesn’t link to webmail page,I’ll drop EarthLink. I’ve used it since the early 90s.annb48
What a waste!
Can’t access webmail, let alone the protection pack email accounts. And you have to login every time on iOS. This is USELESS!Frau Klinkmeier
