  • Easy Access to Daily Banking Tools

    A new app always gets a bit of time to get used to. The dashboard of accounts here are easy and quick to click through along with the daily tools available to transfer or RDC right there - not having to navigate elsewhere makes transfers easier. Especially when I am doing transfers in/out I like how it defaults the account I am already in. I’m ready to build up my savings.

  • Does exactly what I need

    After a bumpy start, I was able to log in easily ands move around the app with no problem. I’ve got all the info I need, available when I need it!

  • Amateur hour…

    The TIAA app was not great but it was better than this. UI is horrible. Plenty of rendering problems and other display and functionality faux pas. It looks and behaves as though it was developed by a high school kid in a garage. Offering “new” (which it isn’t) functionality does not mean anything if you can’t do it properly. They have had over a YEAR (and they were still very late from the original transfer date) to get it together but still couldn’t produce. Why did you ever sell to TIAA in the first place? Everbank to TIAA then back to EverBank. What a colossal waste of a merger and time. Customer service is still a problem since half of those on the phone don’t know what they are doing. The other half behind the scenes can’t respond to requests correctly. It’s as if they don’t have any critical reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills. I have over a million dollars in this bank and am always looking for another home to put it.

  • It’s OK, but…

    I actually preferred the earlier TIAA version of the app. Most notably is the change to the opening screen. Previously, the app opened with a display of the user’s total bank relationship, a total of the check, money market and CDs, followed by each accounts balance. Now it displays only the individual accounts. Why not continue to summarize the relationship instead of requiring the user to do the math?

  • Doesn’t work AT ALL

    I want to change this to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. But the app doesn’t work. Not even a little. I open it, and there’s a primarily white screen with a blue border on top, two long boxes for user ID and password, and a blue button to click “submit” or “enter.” None of those words or phrases are present on the screen. There are no characters at all. There’s not even an infinitely spinning circle, making me think it’s trying to get there. I WAS able to put in my user ID and password in the provided boxes and click on the button—the screen immediately reverted to the prior, with the boxes empty again.
    I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Still nothing.
    Again, I really want to give it a great rating. Please help me make it work!

  • A Giant leap forward!

    This new app is very clean looking and easy to transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks. It’s user friendly and easy to navigate my banking needs. I really like that I can now customize how my accounts are displayed. Great user experience.
  • Seamless transition!

    The new app works extremely well - extremely user friendly. I’ve had no issues setting up my communications, bill pay etc and really love the look and feel of the app. Appreciate that a ton of work likely went into making this a smooth experience for clients like me.
  • Good Banking App

    In the recent past, EverBank users had to use the TIAA app because an EverBank specific app did not exist. Now, it does. And it provides a cohesive and precise interface with EverBank account(s). More feature-robust then many competitor banking apps.

    This app is extremely easy to use and can do so many things with my accounts without having to call in for everything!!
  • Who approved this app

    How did this get approval? The experience setting it up and even having to scroll the consent the entire way is absolutely mind blowing. It’s 2024 and there are plenty of apps done well already that set the bar for how apps should perform. Offer me a job to come fix this. The font and design is like a child made this on Microsoft paint. Fire your tech team. If the interest drops another month i will be going elsewhere because this is so pathetic to me. Do not recommend.
