  • Can’t log in after logging out

    I followed all instructions, new pw, etc. and got message “your credentials are invalid” even though I can log in with them using website. One time I could log in using app, but after logging out it would not let me in again. This app is not ready for use.

  • Terrible App

    I tried 5 times to deposit a check. the app would also go back to the Home Screen after I rotated my phone. Then I tried 5 times to deposit a check and kept saying the image wasn’t clear enough. The images were crystal clear and checks were printed. Not handwritten. It’s 2024 we should be able to remotely deposit checks especially for a large bank.

  • Not intuitive

    A lot of scrolling
    Hard to find information
    Some things are just on edge of screen so particularly cutoff.
    Had to agree change to paperless to use the app. Then took a long time to find how to change back to getting paper statement.

    What a major upgrade compared to to the old TIAA App! Love finally being able to receive push notifications for once!!!

    Have been an EverBank customer since the early days and I love this new app. So easy to use!
  • HORRIBLE app…

    User-unfriendly and clumsy. Locking me out and not letting sign back in. Hard to find things. IT disaster… Never had so many issues with the old TIAA app… It was simple - not a lot of functionalities, but, at least, it worked. This one is horrible…
  • Smooth transition from TIAA

    Very seamless transition from TIAA app. New 2024 UI feels fresh and crisp. Responsive and not too cluttered. Looking forward to how the EverBank app will evolve with new functionalities.
  • Can’t even log in with my TIAA credentials

    EverBank blocked access to the old TIAA app which worked perfectly fine, forced me to download this one with a broken login page. Can’t even check my balance. Nice work, EverBank!
