    If you’re looking for your own personal space to do a cold dip and sauna this is it! It’s a real break from the city — a perfect spot to take a breath and unwind. Presh, the host is amazing and a perfect welcome to the space. Loved the experience and would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

  • Feature request

    Hi!

    I love the app. I have an Apple Watch Ultra which can record water temp when submerged. Can you add this feature to your watch app so it gets the temp automatically?

    Also, maybe something like a guided breathing session with some music on the iPhone app?

    I previously recorded my cold plunges using the meditation - breathing app on my watch.
