Bad consultation
Don’t waste your time or money with this app. I tried to get a prescription refilled and they didn’t ask enough questions to get the right dosage. They proceeded to write the prescription regardless and it ended up costing me money and wasting my time. I’m sure there are more competent apps for this sort of thing. No words on earth to describe my appreciation for the creators of this service. The Doctors are thorough and professional. The rates for visits are affordable and more and more tests are becoming available. For immunocompromised people being able to see a reliable team of doctors without having to risk getting sick in a doctors office is huge. I wasn’t able to get in to see my doctor for at least a month and came across this option! I thought I would try this and see how it went. I’m very impressed with the service and how quick it was everything was fantastic and I will definitely be using again!Kenneth J S

This has got to be the worst app I have ever used. The navigation is terrible. The UI is terrible. The reliability is terrible. It’s just a bad app. The service on the other hand is good. You should use your computer and go to their website. Avoid this app!respectmyauthori-tah
Patient beware.
They make it easy to sign up. But if they send a script in and there is a prior authorization required they charge $50 to answer the questions so that insurance will cover the medication. TOTAL RIP OFF. Thought I was doing right by expediting the visit and going online since I knew that my son had a skin rash and needed some type of medication to clear it up. Now I’m out the fee for the visit and I still have to wait to get in with the primary for a rash. Shame on this company for misleading people.Show lessMISSAUNTLISA

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an online doctor. I have only used it for common stuff like sinus infection or bronchitis, but every single time it was the easiest online visit I’ve had through any app.
Got the medication’s that I needed called into the pharmacy within the hour and cost me WAY less than having to drive to an urgent care and then sit in the waiting room, and not having to take the chance of catching something else there. It was $30 cheaper then I would have paid at a doctors office, having to use my health insurance. My child got strep on Memorial Day weekend and I was stressing getting her antibiotics. I googled online DR for a child and found this app. I downloaded, signed up, and within 10 mins of answering their questions and uploading pictures the prescription was sent. As someone with severe anxiety and stress issues, this was so easy!!! Definitely recommend! It only cost me $35, not including the prescription.
