SO EASY!!
My insurance covers LiveHealthOnline, which is garbage and unhelpful. I was able to get the antibiotic I needed without speaking to anyone or waiting long at all! I called the pharmacy to make sure it was there and it was. Well worth the $$ to not have to go sit at a walk in clinic for an hour to get the script I already know I needed!! THANK YOU. So much I can say about this service and all positive! I have used this service about 5 times and had a good experience each time! I work 12-14 hour days in healthcare and so getting to the doctors office right away isn’t doable or convenient with my schedule. I have tried other services like this that were expensive and took a lot of time to get reply’s and prescriptions. This one is affordable and on point with replying and treatment! Great option
I was frustrated that all those treatments over the counter were not helping me much. I got tired of spending in products that were not doing much. I decided to Google and see if I could get a prescription for my ugly cold sore and I did through this app. I was within hours I was prescribed and the following day I picked up in my nearest pharmacy. I highly recommended it. My cold sore only lasted one week. Yes, one week! And I couldn’t believe it. Anyhow, this app and their service is awesome! I highly recommended it.Show lessCali_Tx

I have been using them for years now and they made the app experience very easy for me to understand and I was submit a consultation without any problem. I got my prescription back in an hour as usual. I would recommend to use it as they are very fast and affordable!useful_gator

The app is clunky. Poor design.
It’s been 48 hours since I submitted a request to see a doctor, and I still haven’t received a confirmed appointment. Nothing but excuses from the call center in a foreign country.
They’ve gladly taken my money and don’t seem to intend to deliver services. Oh, and you don’t get refunds. You only get credits for future service.
Do not use. Try another provider.
