I’ve been enjoying grinding this game every day this past week. Have even spent around $50 on various packs. However, due to the devs deciding to put my account in a gem bankruptcy my account has been effectively bricked going forward.
A character affinity system has been in place since launch that allowed players to level up a characters trust and earn 1500 gems per unit. The developers decided this was too much free currency for players and decided to allow players to keep the gems they accumulated during this time, but any gems earned from affinity rewards have been put in an imaginary debt which prevents players from earning gems until this number reaches zero. I must point out that the devs removed this mention in the news update so you would never know unless you go to the website. Also, if you are in this currency debt, any extra gems received from purchasing packs will go towards paying it back and not added with the other. So if you purchase a $100 pack and receive 1800 gems with an added bonus of 1800, you will only get the original 1800 which is only three 11 pulls (game does 11 instead of 10 pulls)
for one hundred dollars.
To summarize, the game was and is still enjoyable to grind out as a side game, but the blatant disregard to global players time and money going forward makes me unable to recommend this game to anyone as of now.Show lessHunter Where

Punishing all players for development bugs and errors by imposing an in-game currency debt is quite a concerning move. It would take an unwitting f2p player, who didn’t even exploit any bugs and was just enjoying the game, years to get rid of it.SauceStuffer

Shop doesnt load and when I contacted support they only told me to make space on my mobile rather than to debug the issue which is happening for majority of playersH3ar

Please make sure to click the gear icon on the title screen to change the language to your own before playing. Been playing for a couple hours since it got released and I’m enjoying it. I’m a big Taimanin fan and was very excited to see this game finally come to the west. Plus I like JRPGs as well so that’s a plus. As far as content goes, there’s a lot to do and they gave out a lot of free gachas so far. I do still prefer Action Taimanin but this game has been a blast to play.Show lessSamuraihachi
