Challenging & easy to follow
I have been lifting weights 4 times a week for 10+ years and would say I am advanced but got myself stuck in a bit of a rut and wasn’t pushing myself or following a structured program, so stopped seeing results. This program is exactly how I like to train, heavy and glute focussed and is really challenging! I’ve really been looking forward to my sessions to see if I can beat my previous sessions. There are lots of exercises I wasn't previously including in my sessions that are super spicy on the glutes. I would say this program is more suitable for intermediate to advanced levels of training. The app is super easy to use and hasn't got any glitches. My only request would be the ability to easily substitute exercises if your gym doesn't have certain equipment. Keen for the nutrition addition and hope it includes options like dairy free.
