Not customer oriented
This app will not let you access your past statements and pictures of cancelled checks unless you sign-up for e-statements. If you sign up for e-statements, you will not be able to get a paper copy of your monthly statement mailed to you. This does not work for my application! One should be able to look at past statements on-line WITHOUT losing the ability to have a paper copy mailed.Show lessFarmersdaughter!
Hate the constant updates
I hate 2 factor authentication. I hate changing my password every few months. If I use my face to sign in, I shouldn’t have to then work through x amount of passwords, codes, and extra steps. Get a more secure system if I, as the user, have to take all these steps to access my own account. Not user friendly at all.Show lessNickname wont even work
